Syed Sibtey Asif Naqvi

Director – Taxation

Syed Sibtey Asif Naqvi (Advocate) is the Director of Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes) at Plus Consultants, with a career in taxation since 1994. A Registered Income Tax Practitioner and fellow member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association, Sindh Bar Council, and Karachi Bar Association, he holds an MBA in Finance & Banking and an LLB. Muhammad Saleem (CISA) (CIA) (FPA) (FCMA) (FCIS) is a high-profile finance, accounting and auditing professional with around 30 years of experience in various corporate organisations. Extensive experience in finance, cost and management accounting. Also experienced in developing and implementing policies and procedures, with skills in managing technology systems. His experience as a CFO, Chief Internal Auditor and Head of Business for top companies makes him a valuable asset for the firm.

Muhammad Waqas Ashraf

Director – Advisory

Muhammad Waqas Ashraf is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. He has also completed a Master's in Commerce from the University of Karachi. He has held key managerial positions in different sectors. He served as Chief Financial Officer at a public limited company. He has also provided his services to an advertising agency in the capacity of Director. In late 2017, he was appointed as Director at a public limited company listed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
